Parker Jewish Institute, located in New Hyde Park, NY, is seeking a Part Time Program Coordinator, skilled in project management, for a new grant funded program

 

Key Tasks Include:

  • Develop and implement an internal and external recruitment plan
  • Collect participants' data, track project participants, troubleshoot participant issues, and analyze program participant data.
  • Schedule/attend/participate in bi-weekly project team meetings
  • Utilize the database for reports going to the Department of Health as well as Parker Jewish Institute, quarterly contract reporting
  • Provide guidance and career information, coordinate training times and space
  • Assess participant satisfaction survey and the follow-up six-month employment survey

 

 

Required Qualifications:  

  • Prior coordination experience in a medical/healthcare  or nonprofit setting
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Strong project management experience
  • Strong communication and follow up skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft including Excel, knowledge of data entry, documentation and report generation
