The Parker Jewish Institute, conveniently located in New Hyde Park, NY, is seeking an Assistant Controller-Accounts Receivable to join its team and play a key role in helping the organization achieve its strategic objectives.

The Assistant Controller will oversee and drive results for revenue recognition and cash collections for Parker's portfolio of business operations.  Through leadership and participation in high level workgroups, this role will guide and facilitate change and improvements in order to maximize revenue recognition and accounts receivable collections for all programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

We are seeking candidates who bring 3+ years in the management of the revenue cycle function within a health care arena.  Medicare/Medicaid/Managed Care/Private Pay experience as well as general healthcare and financial accounting experience. 

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business (MBA and/or CPA's preferred).  Strong technical and financial software package experience necessary.
